Shopfitting optician in Switzerland
During the summer holidays, Joel Pasquier, ‘Président des opticiens Valaisans’, contacted WSB. Rick Blankenstijn of WSB: “I was on holiday in Valais, Switzerland and immediately decided to make an appointment to visit. Joel is an independent and specialist optician: the shops in Aigle and Monthey are staffed by professionals. He was looking for a store that did not have a chain appearance. Professional, warm, cozy and a beautiful workshop in sight. The wish was to subtly reflect the colors of the house style in the shop design.
Joel didn’t want a dark store, but a light and contrasting store. The presentation of the 2D design and 3D film turned out to be a big succes. Then we worked out our turn key concept. The specifications and planning were written for competitive tender requests. This for, among other things, the electrical installation, climate installation, floor finishing, ceiling finishing, painting and disassembly. Due to the good preparations, our own assembly team finished the assembly of the shop fittings within one week. The collaboration with Joel and the Swiss was pleasant. The first results of the shop renovation are great!
WSB delivers interiors in Switzerland
The renovation of the first optician in Switzerland is a fact. Our customer Joel Pasquier of La Grande Lunetterie is very satisfied. The turn key shop renovation of Schmutz Optique in Fribourg (CH) is also planned for the coming quarter. WSB is currently also working on the concept design for a number of other opticians and jewelers in Switzerland. Why? The Swiss call us because we have specialist knowledge, work internationally, deliver quickly and the exchange rate is favourable.
