Store design for opticians in Switserland
In Neuchâtel, the passionate company Optique des Arcades – Lamboley recently underwent a significant transformation, thanks to the collaboration with WSBdesign.com. Kevin and Virginie, passionate owners, completely renovated their optical store with the expertise in store design for opticians and furnishings from WSBdesign.com.
Even before the initial contact with Rick Blankenstijn and Rick Schreuder from WSBdesign.com, Kevin and Virginie admired the work of WSBdesign.com’s interior architects. During the first creative session, the core principles were thoroughly discussed: a spacious store where a high-quality selection of glasses is central, in an atmosphere of authenticity with a modern twist, warm and artisanal around the workshop and refraction.
The design is well-considered down to the smallest details, with a focus on safe and attractive displays of the glasses. The name of the store, Optique des Arcades, was subtly woven into the design, with rounded lines of neon lighting, the counter, and arch shapes in the displays.
Collaboration with WSB and local craftsmen
Completing the design was a streamlined process, where a combination of WSBdesign.com and local craftsmen ensured a smooth finish. The success of this approach had already been proven in similar projects, such as that of Schmutz Optique Fribourg, where the established specifications ensured a clear separation of responsibilities.
Located beneath the Arcades of Neuchâtel, Optique des Arcades offers you a warm welcome in a professional environment. The family business passionately offers beautiful frames. As an ophthalmologist, the optician can immediately carry out an eye examination and offer a wide range of contact lenses.
