Van Beest Flowers: The Flower Shop for Creative Floral Creations
Alice van Beest is a passionate entrepreneur with multiple flower shops located in the heart of the country, from Eemnes to Apeldoorn. With a wide selection of flowers and plants, the shop offers the perfect arrangement for every occasion, whether it’s a bouquet for a wedding or a floral piece for the home. Van Beest Flowers always presents an enchanting assortment that inspires and surprises, thanks in part to the impressive store design that defines this flower shop. The stylish interior contributes to the unique experience that customers enjoy every day.
Interior Trends in Flower Shops: From Industrial to Natural Atmospheres
Trends in the design of flower shops increasingly show a mix of authentic materials and natural colors. Many shops opt for a modern, open look with industrial-style elements and a green, natural touch. The use of wooden and metal accents gives the shops a calm and inviting appearance. These elements beautifully highlight the flowers.
WSBdesign.com: the specialist in store design for flower shops
WSBdesign.com was responsible for both the concept design and the execution of the store interior. The collaboration between Alice van Beest and Rick Blankenstijn from WSB across the last four projects was marked by professionalism, a personal touch, and attention to practical details. According to Rick Blankenstijn: “The natural qualities of flowers and plants are already truly amazing. Designing a suitable store interior is inspiring work, and our focus on store design for flower shops helps to highlight this beauty.”
In close consultation with Alice, we defined the key attributes the concept should include. Specifically, several priorities emerged. First, price perception: “Good value for money, but not too luxurious.” Second, innovation and efficiency: the introduction of the self-checkout system proved successful. Third, practicality and sustainability: “The store’s climate has been improved with sustainability in mind. Additionally, the materials used provide customers with a sense of natural comfort and eco-friendliness.” As a result, the flower shop’s interior integrates both sustainable and modern functional elements.
Ultimately, the outcome is a busier and more vibrant store, achieving a perfect balance between functionality and atmosphere. Moreover, this interior design aligns seamlessly with Van Beest Flowers’ vision: inspiring, contemporary, and entirely up to date. It contributes to a creative environment and boosts customer satisfaction throughout the flower shop.
